Heather Marie Gordon / Founder and Director

Heather Gordon has been a dancer since age 9, competing under the Peter Smith School of Irish Dance as an An Comisiun competitor. As dancer, she recalled and won medal at regional, national, and world level She prides herself on strong foundations to stand out in the crowd and make a difference both on stage and off, as was what her teacher Peter Smith always hoped for all his students. Her background into health and fitness began as an active child, and progressed into a degree in Biology and further down the road an introduction into the world of fitness. She has since taken many certifications and formats to help students around the globe to get fit, but she now she focuses mainly in Pilates and Barre to help dancers. As a personal trainer and international fitness presenter, she hopes that her knowledge and passion to change lives passes down to all those she meets. Currently she is going through the Gray Institute to further her understanding of functional body movements to help her students and dancers get what they need. Her motto has always been that whatever moves you will motivate you! All dancers are a work in progress and she hopes that with this program each dancer can be the best he/she can be.
